Disabled Refugees Welcome (DRW) is part of the Independent Living Institute (ILI). We work to improve the reception and integration of migrants and refugees with disabilities in Sweden focusing on jobs and employment.

Our experienced advisors, Rahel Abebaw Atnafu and Ashraf Frugh, have personal experience of living with disabilities and possess extensive knowledge in migration, disability rights, and the labor market.
Rahel was born in Ethiopia and her native language is Amharic; she also speaks Swedish and English. Ashraf was born in Afghanistan and speaks Persian, Urdu, Swedish, and English.
They can provide advice and support on issues related to integration, rights, and employment opportunities.
